Did you know it is much better to freeze a fruit pie before baking than after - the texture suffers substantially if frozen after cooking. That is why Miss Parolee's Fruit Pies and Cobblers are shipped to you frozen ready to be easily baked with our baking instructions for optimum product quality.
We ship our products with FedEx Express in insulated containers with dry ice to ensure freshness. When you receive your pies/cobblers, you will want to get them into the refrigerator or freezer immediately.
All of Miss Parolee's mail & online Pies/Cobblers orders should be placed 5 business days in advance of shipping. We are open weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM EST.
Please note: All orders must be valued over $50 to ship.

We can and will accept advance orders to arrive on or before a particular day (Saturday or Sunday delivery not available). During the holiday rush between Thanksgiving and Christmas, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, although we will try to deliver before the holiday.
Note: Our desserts are frozen, if they arrive early, all you have to do is freeze them until you are ready to serve. Please follow the cooking directions enclosed in your shipment.
